Would not return phone calls for weeks, sometimes even then he would have receptionist call. Would not communicate or answer questions are concerns I had. Did not seem to be working in my best behalf. He would be rude when asked questions, giving snide remarks or say it was not relevate with no explanation as to why. He would not request records, seem to be unprepared be court events, he would call an demand that I get records right before hearings, saying that if I didn't get them the case would be thrown out. He had power of attorney but did not use it to get or review records before apperances. Questioned about how someoneelse had access to my medical information, when I couldn't get the information he did not feel that my rights had been violated. His son was a paralegal was most helpful.
