This attorney holds the trust money for my neighbors children after her husband died five years ago. This attorney refuses to release any substantial funds so these children could attend college. Now they are adults. One of them is an expecting father. Meanwhile he is living without electricity. The amount held in trust is about $800,000 per child. The attorney apparently will not even let the children read a copy of their father's trust. This attorney needs to be held accountable for her actions and lack if action. I believe a gearing should be held immediately to determine if said funds still are being held by the attorney or whether she squandered them away!! A new attorney needs to be put in charge of the 1.6 million dollar trust and this attorney should be investigated for malpractice, possible disciplinary action and even felony charges of embezzlement, if such charges are deemed earned by this attorney. Possible loss of her license to practice should be considered NOW!!!!
