Don deserves a 6 in every category becuase 5"Good" doesnt do him justice.I was recently wrongfully charged with the very serious charge of Aggrevated Battery and after wasting $6,000 with another lawyer that wasnt doing anything but encouraging an innocent man to take a plea;I luckily and wisely hired Don to take over my case.Immediately I felt alot more confident as Don agreed with me and didnt believe I should take any plea.He was completely understanding of my self defense plea and seemed totally confident that I wouldnt be convicted of any crime.Almost immediately the nonsensical random breathalyzer tests as a condition of my pretrial release were halted.Then after 2 months of Don's dedicated service the state's attorney dropped all charges against me.Don thoroughly understood my case and asked the right questions during depositions to prove without a doubt to the prosecution that I was defending myself and their client was lying,thus leaving them no choice but to drop the case.

Excellent. I heard through word of mouth he was the best in North Florida, the case was dismissed. Very service oriented, phenonimal staff who was very helpful when Mr. Pumphrey was not available. Always returned my phone calls.
