Known this attorney many years. He knows the law, but is candid on what to expect and is at least honest about it, unlike most attorneys will tell you, I can beat that for you and than once they get discovery try to get you to take a plea. He will tell you the law on your case but don't expect the trial judge to always follow the law. All he can do is present your case and defend you and protect your rights so to speak. If an attorney tells you he can beat a case, find another one. No attorney wins every case and if he does, he is picking his cases. I have paid for the best attorneys in the past, but now I know it's not how much they charge, its what they produce. Most are legends in their own mind, but Eric is above all that.
