Agree completely with the rating from 2010, as I experienced all of this in a divorce case. If you really want a fighter out of Warsaw, contact Joanne Kolbe. She's a snake, but she wins.

Very lax. Every time I met with him he seemed confused as to what was transpiring. In 10 months he never filed a thing, never scheduled deposition. When the initial $8k was gone, wanted another $10k for trial. Dropped him. Did not fight, not aggressive, let things happen.
