She was not approachable, did not want to hear from the client. Whenever something happened that she could not handle or didn't like ... she ran to her superior 'D. Melamed' for him to defend her against the client. Forgot a lot of information, short temper, and often refused to respond to email/calls. There was a lot of stall & delay action taking place.
