Please make sure you do your homework when dealing with this lawyer b/c you will know more than he. I never had a conference with him for my bankruptcy only corresponded with associates. My money got frozen for the entire bankruptcy 3 month period with Wells Fargo he never told me about and would happen. And he was suppose to reaffirm my auto loan and never gave me the affirmation agreement that again Wells Fargo sent to him. I only took bk b/c of back taxes that were self released anyway so I never should have taken it in the first place. He claims he is an expert but all he wants is your money and will never counsel you like you should represented.
