Does not keep client informed and does not return phone calls. After three months of waiting for information from VA filing,client called to ask status. After five days and numerous calls not returned, client was called and told VA had denied and needed more documentation. When asked for a copy of denial, client was told that it was not filed and that it had only been three months. So, how long should it take to file and just when do you think they were going to tell client that they needed more documentation? Not enough communication between people that work for this lawyer. Clients should be informed of status of anything pending at least once a month. Money paid prior to service. Live and Learn!
