This attorney is currently being sued by his ex-wife for non-payment of child support. He is currently $50,000.00 in arrears. He is also being sued for contempt for failure to produce discovery on the second motion to compel documents. Transcripts of previous hearings wherein Mr. Hairford lied under oath regarding his involvement in legal cases has been submitted to the LA Attorney Disciplinary Board.

M. Hairford is a very hard person to contact. I have spoke with him this year, I've called and left messages on his answering machine. He have not return my call.

He seemed to be knowledgable about my circumstances. After I paid the money, it has been hard to get a hold of him, either through email or leaving a voicemail. He is cheap, but I can now see why, I was told divorce of my status should take no more than 3 months, going into my 5th money. It has been 3 weeks, and no emails or returned calls. If things persist, I will report the bar. I definitely don't recommend this lawyer, it is almost better to learn and do it yourself then to deal with the headache of dealing with him or so two person firm.
