Ms DiMaggio and her associates represented me during my divorce proceedings. She was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Stood by my side every step of the way. Like many I was unprepared and honestly ignorant of the divorce process. Debra explained the process and asked about my requirements and demands. After our first meeting I felt pretty confident that we all were on the same page. As my case evolved she was able to negotiate almost all obstacles and I felt there was a clear and straight forward exit strategy throughout. 8+ months after our first meeting I am relieved to say I am in a position I never dreamed was possible. A little expensive but in my case worth every cent. Personally I could not have wished for a better outcome. Hopefully I wont need her again but if I do...JOB WELL DONE!

Debra handled my case the why i wished an attorney would. Now she might be a little rough around the edges at times, but that is how one has to be to get the job done this well. She is really upfront about what is going on and she tells it how it is. there is no beating around the bush. If there are problems that arise, she tells you as soon as possible. Being informed is one of the most important things when going through a case and i am so grateful that i had a lawyer that understood from a clients perspective. I would recommend her to anyone who needs an actual good lawyer.

Ms. DiMaggio met with me and spent time listening to my case without pressuring me or asking for money. A year later I decided to pursue the case. She remembered me and the case even though we had only met once a year prior. She was compassionate, helpful, and supportive. I am so glad I chose her to be my lawyer.

Miss DiMaggio successfully represented me in a litigation. The result exceeded my wildest expectations. I have, since, recommended her firm to several of my friends. Two have not followed through with their proceedings; a third met with her, and confided to me that he was very impressed, and comforted by her knowledge, and counsel. I recommend Miss DiMaggio without reservation!

Does not keep you informed and does whatever she wants. No Follow up to questions and lacks expertise in all areas. Make things up as she goes.

This woman should be stripped of her license. She can't keep an associate and has no clue about any of the cases in her office. Continued delays because of lack of knowledge, unethical conduct and pure stupidity.

Ms. DiMaggio spent double the normal retainer fee, it took a year, and we never even got in front of the judge. She had an associate show up to court for one continuance, then charged us $500 to "brief" her. She called the next day and had no idea what was going on with the case. We had to hire another atty. to finish the case.

Talk about being ripped off huge retainer required, way too expensive for what she did.
