Ms DiMaggio and her associates represented me during my divorce proceedings. She was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Stood by my side every step of the way. Debra handled my case the why i wished an attorney would. Now she might be a little rough around the edges at times, but that is how one has to be to get the job done this well. She is really upfront about what is going on and she tells it how it is. there is no beating around the bush. If there are problems that arise, she tells you as soon as possible. Being informed is one of the most important things when going through a case and i am so grateful that i had a lawyer that understood from a clients perspective. I would recommend her to anyone who needs an actual good lawyer.

Ms. DiMaggio met with me and spent time listening to my case without pressuring me or asking for money. A year later I decided to pursue the case. She remembered me and the case even though we had only met once a year prior. She was compassionate, helpful, and supportive. I am so glad I chose her to be my lawyer.

Does not keep you informed and does whatever she wants. No Follow up to questions and lacks expertise in all areas. Make things up as she goes.
