he seems like a good actor. after paying him thousands in costs. he does NOTHING. Any and all paperwork was filled out by my wife. he did nothing. she was the one paying to send faxes. if she wanted anything filed. SHE DID IT. she would also have to hound him by phone and email to get a response. the he would say "Its okay, relax, I will look it it" .......and nothing. Now my wife is close to loosing custody of her child, from lies from the other party, that have been proven as lies in court. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. he will drag on your case for as long as possible. and only contact you if he wants money. lol what money do you deserve if your clients do all your work. you should ashamed of your self Brain. how can you sleep at night knowing you are part reason a family was torn apart.

This lawyer took advantage of a client by encouraging him to donate a large sum of money to a charity which he had founded and was chairman of the board. This was unethical and took money away from charities that the client had supported in the past.
