Wendy Burgower was an Amicus Attorney in my case representing my daughter's best interests, not my daughter. In my opinion during her representation, she violated several TX Disciplinary Rules of Prof. Conduct and committed an offense under Texas Penal Code Section 36.04 for improperly influencing a public servant - http://houstonfamilylawcorruption.com.... Wendy Burgower unilaterally communicated with Judge Bonnie Hellums of the 247th court on several occasions and then lied about it in open court. The emails and court transcipts referencing her lies are on my website -www.houstonfamilylawcorruption.com. In my opinion, Wendy Burgower is a crook and a liar and anyone who gives this woman a high rating is doing so only because she broke the law and violated TX Disciplinary Rules of Prof. Conduct to help them in their case. In my opinion, this woman does not care in the slightest in doing what is in the best interests of a child.

Wendy is simply the best. She has top legal skills, exceptional judgment, and great courtroom presence. She is a tough negotiator and will not back down from any lawyer. She is well known to the family court judges and her word carries a lot of credibility in the courtroom. Wendy will tell you what you need to hear, even if you do not want to hear it. Her advice is always sound, and she achieves exceptional results. I have recommended Wendy to several of my close friends and colleagues, and all have thanked me repeatedly for doing so. I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone in need of top quality family law representation.

Wendy is absolutely first rate. She understands how to be effective, both in dealing with opposing counsel and the Court when necessary. She is one attorney whom I believe I can trust completely to be totally honest with me, and both courts and opposing counsel also trust and respect her implicitly. Her knowledge of the law in her area of expertise is comprehensive, and she also displays good judgment in her advice. I can recommend her without reservation.

Wendy is an exceptionally talented and effective family lawyer. She takes the time to understand your case, and the result you want. In family court, where the cases are often aggressive and hotly contested, Wendy is the one you want to represent you. While she is not cheap, her rates are less than other top tier family lawyers (I know, because I shopped most of them before hiring Wendy). She was able to get me primary custody of my daughter despite the fact that all of the other lawyers I talked to told me that the court would almost certainly award custody to my ex-wife. I send all of my friends who are facing a hotly contested divorce to Wendy.

Horrible , she bled me for $20,000 a month in fee's. Verbally abusive on daily basis. Litteraly beat me into submission. Had me sign a decree that has had an increase in child support of 545% over the past 5 years. She made sure that I paid the opposing councel plenty of fee's. She wears down her client both financialy and mentaly. My X's attny cost 100 an hour , and kicked Wendy ass. She is $500 an hour. Complete waste of money. DO NOT HIRE, YOU WILL REGRET!
