DANI FRODIS and ROBYN SWITZER are educated thief’s, who prey on families going through hardships. They took instructions/my divorce agreement from the opposing council. Said this was the best they could do...which was absolutely nothing. They took a separation agreement from another lawyer with many flaws and did not fight for me in any away. Over billed for the very little (no) value I received. leaving me with years and years of hard ache. . STAY AWAY.

DANI FRODIS and Robyn are two inept adults self serving divorce attorneys. The law society should suspend and review FRODIS licence for coercing vulnerable woman to date him. Robyn is an enabler and she was taken to task by another attorney in court. She came to court ill equipped and unprepared. As a result my life in shambles. DANI FRODIS is an educated criminal, holding you hostage to pay invoices, when he and his staff do not complete there job. CRA should and will invistigate him and accounting practises.

Dani Frodis and his assistant Daniel Bernstein provided support, advice and counsel during a difficult divorce settlement process. In the end he secured an out-of-court settlement when the opposition was eager to litigate. Dani is an excellent negotiator. He forges effective working relationships with all concerned. Dani & Daniel are always responsive to requests for discussion. I give them my highest recommendation and thanks for a job well done.

This lawyer Danny Frodis and his team pretend to help but only care about their fees they are charging. In my opinion they are sloppy and all they really want is your credit card number . I complained about the charges and they refuse to give me a refund. Anyone who is not happy with their bill should get their account audited in Court. But if you are thinking about hiring them to serve and protect you during your separation and divorce ..DO NOT During critical times in the middle of motion documents going back and forth they make demands like they need my credit card authorization or they will not proceed .

Dani and his team, particularly Ilana, not only got excellent results for me and my children in my divorce proceedings, but they ensured that the whole process was far less stressful than it otherwise could have been. Throughout the process, Dani and Ilana provided expert advice and guided me through the many decisions that had to be made. They were very knowledgeable and personable and very responsive to my emails and phone calls. It was obvious in court attendances that both the judges and opposing counsel respected Dani's views and opinions. Dani understood that my preference was to avoid as much conflict as possible and made extensive efforts to try to secure a settlement. In the end, we were forced to go to trial and Dani was exceptional. I would highly recommend Dani and his team to anyone who is in need of a family lawyer.

Dani Frodis is a passive Lawyer with little understanding of the Law. If you are a male and care about your kids stay far away from this Lawyer. He made first year law mistakes that have left me bankrupt in Canada. I have no access to my daughter because of mistakes he has made. His office is North of the city for a reason he simply is a C-class Lawyer. When I needed Dani most he bailed on me and told me that I should not proceed with the Appellant courts to have my current case appealed. Further discussion with Senior more seasoned Lawyers have told me this was the worse mistake I could have made and as of such I am now stuck with a separation agreement that is unworkable. Dani is the exact reason Lawyers have a bad reputation. IF you are male with a good income stay far away from this Lawyer he will separate you from your hard earned money and leave you with disastrous results.

When I first met Mr Frodis he was very nice. Once I retained him he became too busy and I went to one of his juniors... who charged me so much money and for work not required. They made recommendations in writing on how confident they were that I would succeed in receiving interim spousal support without looking at my full financial disclosure In my opinion they were negligent and misleading. I have complained to Mr Frodis and I am waiting to hear how he will solve this matter.... as I will have his bill audited if he does not settle with me. i will follow up on this site as to how he he plans on resolving this dispute.

I had been advised that Frodis was reasonable, but his client wasn’t and Frodis seemed to take the lead from his client. In a difficult divorce, a lawyer should advise his client to act reasonably and in the best interest of the child. Unfortunately, Frodis and his associate, Dineno, in this situation were out to bill hours and achieve nothing for their client after two and a half years. There is a time to take instructions and a time to inform the client of the realities of the case. Frodis and associate just want to bill hours, with no regard for the child. Simply shameful.

This guy milked me for so much money then turned me over to one of his associates- I have been told I have the worst written custody agreement several lawyer have ever seen. Beware kids- he seems nice but he is a total scammer.

Dani is realistic and pushes for peaceful negotiations and to aboid court. He makes the other side listen and does so respectfully. He has professional integrity and can see through bs a mile away. All lawyers are expensive so if you're going to pay large anyway, pay him.

I’ve watched lawyers fumble with lawbooks while Dani calmly stands up and says “Your Honour, if I may, that would be Section, Subsection, Paragraph…etc.” He knows his stuff, in the courtroom and out.
