I don't know why other clients had a bad experience with this law firm. I had a very high conflict divorce and even though it's final my ex does not stop. The Hindera law firm is still representing me with ongoing violations from my ex. There is constant communication between Mr. Hindera, his paralegal and myself. Anytime I have a question or confused they explain everything to me so I fully understand. As I said previously my divorce was not "typical". My ex is now on his 4th attorney and I will stick with Mr. Hindera. Both Mr. Hindera and Rebecca (his paralegal), are there for me night and day. I am grateful for having them on my side and never giving up. They have gone above and beyond what any other lawfirm would do. Thank you Hindera law firm.

In initial consultation makes lots of promises about what he can get you in a divorce settlement but doesn't carry through. Made numerous errors in correspondence to opposing attorney then acted offended when asked that the errors be corrected. Flip flops a lot. Made important decisions without consulting or telling me. Had lots of private communication with opposing attorney; suspect they were playing us both to increase billings. Towards the end of the process of finalizing the divorce, found out 4th wife was divorcing him which I think clouded his judgment. Extremely sexist and creepy with a huge ego.

out of his mind. wants to bully people not resolve issues. will advise to go to jury trial with little results while he lines his pockets. no morals in this guy

He will run you blind in unnecessary discovery and bad pleadings to run up fees! Stay away!
