He does not work hard on your case and communication in the firm is horrid.He cannot keep his story straight,and lies to make himself look better which includes making a verbal agreement on the basis of settlement then backing out of it.You feel like the victim the whole time and the entire firm does not "work hard to get you justice with a personal touch". He chewed me out, telling me if I thought I could do a better job, to do it myself..as well as a few other people hanging up on me. His staff as well as him will not return phone calls and it takes telling the receptionist that either you had a phone appointment or you were just speaking with them for him to suddenly go from "not in the office" to on the phone with you. He was the worst choice ever made. To get anything done you have to call him and get on him about his lack of attempts. My mediation, he allowed the defense to put me in tears, then was siding with the defense. Steer clear of this firm all together. Rates also change
