An embarrassment to women - she is hysterical , sloppy and blatantly lies to the court. Her primary objective is maximizing her bill. Her discovery is exhaustive, expensive and then unused. Trial prep is by the seat of her pants with a reliance on theatrics that make your judge's eyes roll. Be prepared for her to mislead you into believing her delusional promises of "justice!" She's the only winner in the end.

Ms. Hamilton lied about my position in her court documents and was forced to file a correction because of her false statements. In my opinion a highly unethical attorney.

Christina Hamilton is one of the brightest and most intelligent attorneys I have ever encountered. She is top notch and her expertise is astounding. The only negative comments are of those that have obviously been the opposing party/counsel. She fights for what is fair and what is the law.

Negative comments are from people on the losing side of Christinia, she will defend good people against crazy vindictive narcisists. Read about her charitable works and all of her awards not the comments on this board.

Should be disbarred for absolutely illegal practices. She will get caught eventually, she's just really good at crushing people financially so well that they can't fight back. She will drain you dry, then never quit harassing you, (she's even called my employer trying to get me fired), just to keep you down so she can hide her abuses. She is the ultimate churner! The thing is, she will not just crush your aponent, she will keep it going until you are broke too.

Chris routinely "misquotes" the law in an effort to mislead the court. She also "mistakenly" doesn't file the appropriate paperwork with the court to catch the other side off guard (good lawyering or unethical) She will lie through her teeth and unofficially encourage her clients to break the law. She has also driven more than one of her own clients into bankruptcy with her fees.
