Working with Matt and his team was seamless with no surprises. Matt was always available via email or phone to answer my questions and was thorough and transparent in providing answers. There were some unexpected issues that arrose during the process but Matt lead his team to rectify and clarify all that arrose. We closed within 45 days successfully! Nonetheless, Matt and his team were professional, reliable and extremely timely with their part of the transaction. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a home to work with an a high caliber individual like Matt. We hired Matthew at the recommendation of our real estate agent and I am so glad we did. He is more than knowledgeable and what was most important to us, he really represents YOUR interests. Fantastic communication and he genuinely seems to care about taking care of you the right way. After working with Matthew I can honestly say I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. If you are looking for an attorney who genuinely goes to bat for you, is a great value and speaks to you in language you can understand, call this guy!
