For a civil matter he stated he did a proposal to the other party and never game me a copy of the email. For court filings never showed me any filings and filed matter without my input and charged $11,000 for it. Delivered personally the matters to the other party law offices and told me they wish to settle but with no letter or confirmed words. Not transparent with the clients at all. Checked what we could come up as money for settlements and forced us to spend that money on the courts of appeal matter. Will not settle a matter but will rob or swindle money from your pocket.
