We also took it for granted that he was on our side. I advise that when you do hire him, that you also establish a PACER account with the court. I would never ever deal with a bankruptcy lawyer like him again without protecting myself by knowing everything through PACER. You will end up paying way over-priced amounts for your cars and homes. Also don't be fooled as we were. We were told to go to car dealers and come back with contract, so that we could change our pricing. I will never forget the humiliation from both the dealers and the bankruptcy lawyer. And if you amend your plan, it will easily cost you between $600.00 to $1000.00 per amendment. And if you get in a situation where you ask them not to dismiss, they will refile regardless. I feel that a law firm is there to gain profits just as physicians. No regulatory requirements whatsoever, and it's a big fat lie that the Trustee will ever help you with any problems. We tried and she kicked us to the curb. Good Luck!

We hired him for a bankruptcy lawyer and all he and the trustee have done is charge approximately $300.00 a month for there supposed service.
