Hired to represent me in my divorce that turned very nasty with my ex constantly drumming up criminal charges against me. Bettina has a very logical way of working and focuses on the immediate needs/issues. She may not return your call or email within the time frame you feel she should, however, she is on top of your case. When you have her attention, she is extremely focused on the tasks at hand. There were times I required her immediately and she was right there. Although difficult to do, you just need to put your faith in her and she WILL represent you 110%. She has done this a long time and knows what she is doing. At times, you may not feel that way and become anxious but I assure you, when it is all said and done, you will not regret hiring her. Once I resigned myself to the way she worked, I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

Attorney Holton's attention to detail was incredibly impressive. I cant think of a more stressful situation but she held everything together and because of her I have a very robust relationship with my son. She got me awarded much more than standard visitation. After the case was settled there have been questions regarding the order and she has answered them promptly and without fee. I just contacted her because of a new issue and she replied within a half an hour and instantly put my mind to ease. She came to court prepared and knew what was worth contesting and what would just amount to bickering and billable hours. She informed me and gave me the option to fight for those things but was also very upfront and realistic. I cannot recommend her highly enough or thank her enough for protecting my rights as a father and my relationship with my son. Hire this attorney.

At the time of my case I felt that I had lost , but after time to review the case as a whole it was a good out come given the facts of the case. As a lawyer Bettina is there for your legal issues , if you are looking for someone to hold your hand cry on their shoulder or be a sponge for your emotions. That is not her job other than what is needed to get the best outcome for your case and the facts as they apply to the laws and court system. Just as a good lawyer is needed the judge you get for your case is even more important. Given the wreck the Massachusetts divorce system is Bettina does her best to get you a fair or at least livable out come. Bill

Attorney Holton represented me in a recent alimony ase. I was very happy with the outcome. She's detailed, articulate, empathetic, has a great presence in court, extremely knowledgeable and available, on time and only bills what she actually works for. I was very pleased with the outcome.
