Natalia was great to work with, she gave me great advice and did exactly what I asked of her even though image advised against it. (My settlement was rather advantageous for the other party, but it's what I wanted.)

I retained Natalia to work on my child access case. At first everything was going smoothly, but as the case progressed communication broke down. I'm not sure if it's her or the office staff, but half of my calls went unreturned. She did not negotiate on my behalf and instead chose to accept whatever the other party proposed. When I expressed concern relating to communication and methods she withdrew her services without even the courtesy of a conversation. Now I'm left looking for another lawyer and paying to start over.
