Knowingly places false statements of material facts regarding opposing party. Represents clients she knows to be untruthful but takes on the form of misrepresenting factual case background and willfully lies to the court knowing sanctions will not ensue. This attorney has made it clear she IS the "resident appellate attorney". Regardless of her egregious conduct, she is aware that sanctions will never be imposed due to her status. The above does not even scratch the surface. That said, the wheels of justice may turn slowly, but they do eventually come full circle.
