Ethical misconduct and responsible for aiding and abetting bad faith conduct. An evidence-based record exists proving he and his firm associates directly mislead and place complete untruths on the record to the court and in filed motions. Continuous false statements of facts in his cases. playing fast and loose with law is one thing, but direct false allegations, frivolous litigation without legal merit and using children as weapons in family law disputes is unacceptable.
