My experience was a judge overstepped his bounds and had a guardian assigned to a 53-year-old man going through a divorce who has a learning disability. Immediately I knew he was in cahoots with the mediator. Obviously they were not working in my best interest. He said he can help me find an attorney and the attorney that he thought was perfect for my case was the fallen down drunk. Of course if I knew him you would know that. So after he goes away now all of a sudden he reappears again I've never served any type of notice I've been free and clear I'm not mental case or anything like that now the Guardians decided he's going to find me another lawyer and the lawyer he immediately said to take my case that he's talked to him about it he knows nothing about my case. Wayne assumes a lot of things and no one should ever use them as a former law enforcement officer he is a bottom scum feeder. Wayne is absolutely a liar when it comes to covering for his mistakes or even covering for a judge breaking the law. I had a legitimate case with judicial conduct committee again at judge Budd who happens to be we Wayne's favorite judge. Well Wayne lied through his teeth to protect that judge and himself. He is an unscrupulous scumb*g who has done much damage to my 5 yr old boy and he claims to be about the child. Hes about dishonesty. If you you use him you will regret this fast talking con artist
