My Mother called Family Legal to have them represent her in court and keep herGuardianship for my Nephew.They appointed Al Hanson.We provided Journals,Police reports and letterfrom Doctors,Teachers,Friends,Family,neighbors,and My Nephews Therapist. The day of the Trial the witnesses were asked to leave the court room and Al said he did not have a problem with that because he had no intentions of calling any witnesses. He did not even enter anything into evidence. When leaving the courtroom he said to me "your mother needs to transition him over" I said to what? Less than 1 week later we got the Judges decision, Guardianship will be terminated as of August 1st. starting July 16th the child will spend time transitioning over to his parents home. My mother called Al and asked him to put in a Motion to Reconsider. Al never put in fot the motion. After the first weekend my Nephew came back from his parentswith finger prints on his arm and bruises on his legs. He should have won the case
