Has no ethic whatsoever. Greedy and deceiving. Sent email trying to sell a temp judge service for $620 extra after paid her $3K in advance. Talked to the temp judge that she claimed was going to sign off the papers after paying him $620. He stated no need for his service if all the papers are ready and both parties reached an agreement. It would only take the court 4 to 14 weeks to sign off the case. She had dragged out the process since 2/2014. No papers been filed at the court except the ones that I brought in myself. She is stating it would take another year before the divorce will be finaled. Apparently she has no intention of filing the papers and trying to ask for additional money to turn the paper to the court. Stay away from this "lawyer". Do take the time send in complaint to the State Bar to make them aware of this person's practice.

Worst experience ever. Worst attitude. Greedy for money. She refused to return me the refund after the case was closed, which she promised during the first meeting. She sent me an email receipt to confirm it. But after the case was closed and I asked her to return the money, she first claimed that she never said that. After I showed her the email, she asked me to also show the paper fee agreement WHICH SHE NEVER GAVE TO ME. I trusted her at the beginning so I thought the email was enough evidence to have the money back. It was all her plan from the beginning. Such a greedy woman. Hard to imagine how she got the lawyer license in the first place. SHAME ON HER!

I'm so glad I found Wendy!
If you're reading this review, you are probably shopping for a lawyer who will effectively go to war for you. The court process can be disheartening and confusing, but Wendy made my problems her own.
This is not the first time I've gone through the family court process in order to receive a proper judgement, and my ex-husband is an extremely complicated person, with Wendy's brilliant strategies, we won the child support case!
I'm very thankful for all her help and would recommend her to anyone who needs a lawyer who has a heart.

Wendy is a great lawyer with tons of knowledge and a heart to really listen to and help her clients. My case was very complicated, so I had to look for help from a professional lawyer. Wendy spent time listen to my case, and she dropped down detail notes here and there. She carefully read through the materials I supplied, and explained to me in a way that was understandable to me. She is never afraid of obstacles in the case, and she even tried to comfort me through those situations. She prepared all the paperwork for me for my peace of mind. She would answer phones responsively or she would return my missed calls as quickly as she could. I relied on her help and finally I got the estate from my deceased husband.
She becomes a great friend of me and I would truly recommend her to people who needs professional help.

Ms. Lun just settled a difficult case for me. I got a good result with long term spousal support settlement. Ms. Lun worked hard for me. I only paid $3000 and got a very satisfactory result.

My divorce case started in 2012, and soon became contested case with complicated matters. I did a lot of research and comparison, then decided to hire Wendy as my attorney. Wendy is very professional in all details. I provided many inputs from my complicated situation, amazingly she could remember everything in details even if she is busy doing many other cases during the same period. She is a very smart person, and talks everything clearly and confidently. She does pay very close attention to my case and helped me to win&finish the case quickly and nicely. Wendy is a good attorney, I would recommend her to all with complicated issues.

She was recommended to me by another family lawyer whom I think lost a case to her. Her style might be a bit strong at times but she gets the job done. One thing I know for sure - my ex really hated her. I recommend Wendy without reservation.

I had a good result with this attorney's service. I hired her to handle a criminal matter. It was very important for me that the result would be good. She worked very hard for me. She contacted the DA numerous times and set many court dates for me. She only worked on a flat fee but she did not mind going to court for me many times to get a good result. I felt that she cared about me and my case. She told me not to give up until we could get what we wanted. At the end of the day, believe it or not, she got the charge dismissed. I was amazed at what she got me. The only thing was she would not return my call on the same day when she was very busy. That's was ok to me as long as I know she would work hard to get me what I want. I have no complaint. I like Ms. Lun.

At the beginning I was a bit skeptical about Wendy; however, I quickly changed my mind after our first hearing in court. Not only she was knowledgeable about family law, she also represented me well in front of the Judge. Wendy made me feel at ease and guided me through the seemingly insurmountable legal obstacles. Because she has been around for many years, everyone seems to know her in court including the clerks and deputy officers. Being a father of two, my case involves a move-away custody battle and a complex property division fight. Because of her, I can see my children now on a regular basis. I referred my friend from church to Wendy and she has the same good experience as I did. We both found Wendy to be extremely responsible and knowledgeable. We both won our cases in court and we owe our attorney a big thank for that. Wendy did not charge a high rate, only $280 per hour and her charges were very reasonable. She asked us to do the work we could like deliveries to court to help us reduce costs. I will continue to refer a good attorney such as Wendy to my friends. I would have such bad life had Wendy did not save me.

After hiring lawyer Wendy many years ago, I had another legal issue come up on family matter, I called Lawyer Wendy again and she did a great job for me again. My experience with lawyer Wendy has been always good. She really cared about me and my case. She actively protected my rights. I always could rely on her and trust her. Lawyer Wendy is very smart and knowledgeable. I was a mother with a nine month young infant when I hired lawyer Wendy the second time and she got me sole custody of my baby which was what I wanted. I will always go back to lawyer Wendy if I need legal help, the same with my family members.

This attorney charges me $280 an hour and I found that very reasonable compared to my other atorneys who represented me before. I was on a emgergency basis when I was referred to her by my realtor. She acted quickly to help me resolve my issues. My husband was brain dead and I needed legal help immediately to remedy his debts for his business. I survived the stress after I hired Wendy.

She sent me her timesheet which was vague with little detail. I questioned her bill on times she said she negotiated with myself and my ex. I showed her our phone call logs which did not have her number on any of those days. She claimed she talked with us but could not provide her call log. She then claimed she emailed me but could not provide the emails because her computer got corrupted and deleted all her sent emails. As a client how am I suppose to verify her services if she cannot provide any backup. My advice to her current clients and potential ones to go to Family Court Self-Help Centers where there are real lawyers who will help you go through the process and have your divorce done. They also provide mediation if you have disagreements. Do not be misled. She doesn't state in her contract that she bills in increments, meaning 1 minute she will charge you 6 minutes, 7 minutes will be 12 minutes. Soon you will get a ridiculous bill and she ask for more money for the retainer.

She is very dishonest. Her bill is just a spreadsheet with nothing to support the outrageous hours. Asked for copies of my submitted forms she admitted she never filed the case. Found out too late she did not follow the legal process.She is so disorganized she didn't even remember the amount of the retainer I paid her. That explained why her bill was so vague. When asked for documentation to support the billed hours she responded the vague timesheet was sufficient. Who would pay a no header spreadsheet with dates hours and less than 20-words description?!?! I would never ever recommend her to someone.

She is a money sucker. She did not get me my 401k, although she said she would. I asked her to come to court w me instead of her assistant, she was frazzled because she got into a fender bender and charged me $1,000 more. I paid her more then $12,000 total. So now she has refused to do a simple request required by law for me as a client. I'm currently filing a complaint with the california bar association. I'm a single mom and the court is refusing(free support) to assist my 6 year son with childsupport because wendy refuses to fax me 1 piece of paper that takes one minute. I'm so tired of being nice. I have reached out to her time and Time again. Texts, phone calls 2 letters. The funny thing is I'm looking at other comments on this site and they r all saying the same thing about her. My case was an easy one and she was very poor in responding to emails and phone calls. She seemed busy with other more profitable cases and my case suffered because of it. Because it has been dragged out for so long, every time she tends to my case, she had to spend time to remember and search for matters and documents that were settled and therefore,incurred more chargeable hours.
