This lawyer was knowledgeable and got the job done, but I would've appreciated earlier/more communication. The woman who works there is unfriendly, which didn't make it easy as I was buying a house during a difficult time. She scoffed at me when we spoke on the phone because I had questions.

I worked with Terrence Romanow a while back. He was and still is highly sought in the community of attorneys regarding real estate. Terrence knows this business inside and out. He is extremely knowledgeable in this field and quite driven to get you, the client, the best results. I highly recommend him!

Extremely slow. Had to be continually prodded. Constant mistakes by both he and his new assistant. I realize what we got done was not his area of expertise but come on. Had we not kept prodding, nothingvworksvfor have gotten done. And his assistant quit in yhe middle of it all. Don't recommend him for getting probate going on wills or even correctly sending a courier. Nice man I will say jut not competent with Estates.

Terry has been my lawyer for several properties over a dozen years and I can't say enough great things about him. He's honesty, very sharp, extremely detail oriented, very thorough, witty and kind, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend him for your real estate legal needs.

Honest with integrity. Work load exceeds capacity. Wait times for completion of non-deadline work can be excessive. His legal secretary / assistant may not deal well with clients.
