Len took on my worker comp case in october 2010. He told me he would do his best to get my the money I was owed. After taking thousands of my dollars he stopped taking my calls, would not return my calls and told me i was out of luck and he was not going to do anymore. I would call to get updated on my case and the only answer i would get was from his secretary and she would say" there is no new information." I am not only out the money I was trying to get in the first place but he pretty much stole thousands more from me and then dropped my case a year and a half later. Please dont let this happen to you!

Shefren took my workers comp case in June of 2011 only to drop my case in October 2011. He told me he had a case overload but told the judge he refused to pay for medical records he needed for my case. He stopped communicating with me back in August when he received a video from the w/c insurance company. Each time I called requesting information/status on my case he would only tell me "I don't know". My case goes to trail in a few months and now I don't have a lawyer. I don't understand why the judges allows him to continue dropping cases. Shefren feels you full of hope and confidence only to dissappoint you when it matters the most. Be careful if you chose to use him as a lawyer.

LEONARD SHEFREN TOOK MY CASE IN JULY, 2008. AFTER ALMOST TWO YEARS, FOUR CONTINUANCES, AND CHARGES CLOSE TO $18,000, HE WITHDREW FROM THE CASE AFTER I QUESTIONED SOME OF HIS CHARGES, AND THE DEFENDANT BROUGHT IN 2 THIRD PARTY DEFENDANTS. I ALSO HAVE A GRIEVANCE AGAINST THE JUDGE WHO APPROVED HIS REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL, JUDGE KILNOSKI FROM IOWA, WHERE MY CASE WAS CONTINUED FOUR TIMES WITHOUT ME BEING NOTIFIED. SHE GRANTED HIS REQUEST WITHOUT EVEN ASKING FOR OUR SIDE OF THE STORY. THIS IS UNETHICAL, AND A HORRIBLE EXAMPLE OF JUSTICE.

LEN IS HANDLING MY CIVIL LAW SUIT. HE IS VERY EXPENSIVE, BUT I BELIEVE THAT HE WILL WIN IN MY FAVOR. HOPEFULLY HE WILL CONVINCE THE DEFENDANT TO SETTLE OUT OF COURT.
