This lawyer is more concerned about getting his money, then his clients. He will agree with you until the day of court. In my divorce he took my ex wife side to give her alimony when she has a job and makes income to support are kids. His words "Wishy Washy" Who says that anyways. I asked him firmly that he fight for no alimony for me. He also signed the temporary divorce degree with out consulting my approval and had me come to his office to sign them with out explaining what the papers were about. Please stay away from this lawyer. I"m writing this to help others and know of several of his clients that had the same experiences.

Worse attorney in omaha. Consistently takes my money twice a month with no results. Tells me what his next step will be but never follows through. My case is fairly simple yet Jeremy drags this out. I've called the diciplinary board once already, he literally whined to be because I did and he still isn't doing anything for my case. Unknowingly, I hired a man who does nothing to go after my child's father who does nothing.

Like most lawyers they are busy and I can accept that. With that being said Jeremy always got back to me in a very reasonable amount of time and also won what I thought to be a very difficult, uphill battle in the eyes of the law. That is skill and I commend him for it!

Jeremy took $2,000.00 from me as a retainer and did absolutely nothing in my divorce case. He would not return my calls and never once tried to contact me. He even admitted that he did nothing in my case. My x-wife got the house that I built and owned prior to our Marriage, along with everything I owned. I was not compensated in any way. I am now homeless with nothing in finances.

Jeremy Jorgensen has helped me on a number of Family law issues that I have had to address over the last year. He is professional and couteous. If you gave him a negitive rating it was probably because he told you like it was and you couldn't handle it. It is disappointing to see negative ratings when he has worked so hard for me personally.

Very good attorney!! Have a serious case involving my kids and I live about 7 hours away from him. I've been working with him for about a year now. And he responds to me almost daily. Very smart and a hard worker. Has a great personality. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Jeremy for all you do. :)

Horrible, please save your money and do not use this attorney, I had a simple change to my divorce decree and he had to race out of town to have me sign something because he neglected to tell me of a court date he blamed his office helper, never returned my calls about the status of the case

I paid Jeremy $500 up-front to represent me in a defamation of character lawsuit. He wrote a letter to the individual concerned on July 11, 2008, and that was the extent of his representation. I have tried to contact him numerous times. He answered my first inquiry on 01/12/09 by saying something like "I will check to see what is going on," and that was the last I heard from him. I have sent him emails, and he has failed to respond.
