She did a real estate transaction for me and it was a very simple transaction. However, on the date of possession, she released the entire funds prior to my home inspection and without my consent. It would have been to my benefit to use a 1st year law student perform the transaction.

Not able to provide timely and professional quality service to protect clients' interest. Pushed away her responsibility and blamed the other party for delayed responses. After 15 yrs + business relationship, she put small clients to the lowest priority.
