Nancy Pearson has yet to provide the remains of my file after termination. Her office refuses to return my messages or documents for which have been paid in full. I am assuming the documents have not been completed. Would not recommend her to anyone other then my ex-husband. She drags everything out to court and then appeared in court with no backbone or defense on my part. Provided false advise to me which played in my ex-husbands benefit. Nearly $4000.00 later and I don't even have a separation agreement.

Nancy procrastinated on my divorce. She only took action when my x's lawyer send a notice for us to go to court. Now my divorce is final but she has not given me the rest of the money coming from the house. She has many excuses and you can phone her and it takes weeks for her to get bavk to you.

Nancy misguided me thru my entire trial. She didn't do any leg work and lied to me about what steps to take. She is very lazy and does not return phone calls. Not to mention that she shows up late to court. She uses what material she wants and disregards what her client wants. She writes everything down that you say, but doesn't take any of it into consideration. She sends you an outrageous bill and has no material to back up what she is charging you for. Someone needs to take legal action against her.

Went in alone-bad mistake. She lied all through the interview I had to hire her to get my divorce papers (uncontested and simple divorce). She told me after I handed over a $500 cheque, that I WOULD NEVER HAVE TO HAVE CONTACT WITH HER AGAIN and no more money or forms and my divorce papers would be in the mail in 30 days. Nope. 3 months later a bill for over $400 extra and no explaination. She won't talk to me. I told her assistant the agreement we had.She seems to have memory loss. LOL. GO IN WITH A WITNESS AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING . Sounds more like the actions of a blackmailer than a lawyer.
