I agree with the other posting, the exact same think with my loved one. It is a very sad situation. Just because he is court appointed, does not mean that he does not have to counsil his client! I think there is so much injustice with this attorney and the way he handles, or should I day doed not handle his clients. And nobody seems to care. It is such a shame that a client and family mambers of the client have to bed and plead to get information from an attorney and still only end up with a voicemail sasying that he will return the call and never does. I had to mark his knowledge as a 2 because, although I am sure he knows what he is doing, the problem is that he does not do what he is suppose to...Counsil with his client!

This lawyer did not council his client, not once during the 3 months prior to going before the judge. There were numerous questions and concerns from his client and his family. Many calls from his clients family were made to him and he NEVER, EVER called them back. Not once. I would like to know why an attorney can dismiss a client and the family as he did.
