His work and knowledge is OK, but very arrogant! Does not put a client at ease. Perhaps I have been there on his bad days which is no excuse for a professional. I will travel extra kilometers now, to avoid facing his attitude. Too bad!

The worse lawyer ever. Incompetent rude specially his secretary If you want to end up dealing with your title insurance after the closing date he is your choice. Doesn't check anything on your property on your closing date. You will end up wasting your time and money fixing his mistakes

The individual who posted on 2/25/14 has no idea what he is talking about. The individual probably did not listen to his lawyer which is probably why results did not go his way. Santos Law Firm and Mohamed Kala helped me immensely in my custody and access case. Mr. Kala listened to my needs and helped me obtain the result I was looking for. You hire a lawyer for a reason. Listen to your lawyer and you will be satisfied.

I went to Orlando santos firm for a custody battle he sent some new inexperienced lawyer who clearly had no clue of what he was doing. At my second appearance I was expecting Orlando and he send the same guy Mohamed kala, this guy came late he had other appointments at the same time never fought for me he totally froze in front of the judge and to make matters worse he ruined my credibility when I had all the proof. He never went over the materials I PRepared and after calling several times to question what happened two weeks went by then I get an email stating that if I don't pay my account in full they will drop me after agreeing to a payment schedule and knowing i did not have the full amount, but in the same email they attached a document for me to sign to be released from being my representation 3 weeks before my last appearance leaving me totatlly screwed I would advise any and everyone to never use this firm they are not willing to look out for their clients best interest.

Waste of time! Booked an appointment and I had to ask for the time to see him. Arrived to the appointment and his timid secretary took my documents to his office to review and left me in the lobby...lol.. seems to be too busy for a consultation. Not impressed at all.

Very knowledgeable, consistent and orderly, his staff is friendly. I have dealt with Mr. Santos on numerous accessions and had no problems. I would recommend Santos Law.

I have been working with Orlando Santos office for about 20 years. Mr. Santos is reliable and had always provided me with competent service at a reasonable cost. I used his services in a Family matter and the results were very satisfactory, he kept me informed of everything and was dedicated to my case. Mr. Santos is also my Real Estate lawyer (3 times) and I have never had a problem. His assistants are very friendly and qualified.

I have closed 3 homes in the past. Real Estate law is fairly simple and straight forward. I was so disappointed with this Lawyers lack of client care and disrespect. On several occasions (5 times to be exact) I had to communicate, or remind, or correct, him of specific clauses relating to our contract. (I suspect he did not read the contract). In addition to this, he charged for my communications, reminders and corrections as his own consultation fees. I had mentioned this to the real-estate agent, who apologetically told me he has had several similar complaints from the Portuguese and other communities he services. I feel it my obligation to warn the good people of the Portuguese and Brampton community to reconsider doing any business with this lawyer. I hope others who have had similar experiences with this Lawyer will join me in warning the community of the poor customer service and value from Orlando Santos.
