Find another attorney. This one is only after her own net worth. She doesn't care about your case. She wasted my time and over charged me for a consultation just to tell me she doesn't want my case. She could of told me that on the phone instead of making me go in the office and giving her $100 to tel me. She's a bad person.

I have had many different attorneys for many different needs in my life, including a divorce, a car accident, and a wrongful termination issue. The attorneys and staff at Esteban-Trinidad Law actually spent the time to tell me what was going on in my case, my rights, and the process. No attorney has ever done this for me before. This attorney convinced me to file sexual discrimination charges against my employer, she did nothing further to defend me. I heard from her once while she was supposed to be representing me. I was recently terminated due to my initial complaints, and not even an hour after being terminated Ms. Esteban called me into her office telling me wher we were now at and then she demanded that I payher a very large sum of money if I wantedher to continue to represent me. So basically I lost my job and my so called attorney the same day. While meeting with her she also made it very clear that she had a "great" working relationship with Co-counsel?? I found this extremely odd.I was never asked to pay anything up front and she knew all along that I did not have the money to pay for an attny up front.I was issued a right to sue letter from the EEOC and now have very limited time to file my case in court or I lose my right to sue for good. Thanks for nothing Lani,You made this even harder.
