I went in for a scheduled consult, and should have been warned by only getting to talk to her office staff. I hired her because I was in a pinch. I paid the deposit and never got to meet her before the first court date was scheduled. It got pushed back and a new date was set. Nothing in writing--ever. The second date came without meeting her, and I got a call from her office the day before telling get me the date got pushed back and I would get a call with the alternate date. I went to work and by the time I saw my phone, I had numerous calls and texts asking why I didn't show up for court. She agreed to ridiculous demands by my daughter's dad without me being present and never sent me the paperwork. I called numerous times throughout the process. I went in to the office only to find out they were changing locations without telling me. The office staff refused to give me the paperwork. Had to get it from opposing counsel. Never met the actual lawyer. Do not hire!

Although Ms. Tami Ratliff would like potential customers to regard her as specializing in family law, she was not current on the recent changes in Texas family law legislation that directly affected the case. This resulted in the judge rejecting the order she was seeking. This was a complete waste of my time and money.

Tammi is a great lawyer in the courtroom who really cares about her clients. I felt like she went to bat for me and didn't back off like other lawyers I have employed. Thank you

Excellent job in court! I used her in a case limiting my children's visitation with their mother and for child support. I have no complaints she did a wonderful job.

knowlegable but did not return phone calls and acted like my case was not important. office staff was helpful though
