Run, and don't look back. If you want to follow the old adage of " keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer." then this is the attorney for you. It was difficult to know who's side she was on. In the end, she was on HER OWN side. Not trustworthy !!

I wish I would hae read the first review, as it turned out to be quite true. I have dealt with many attorneys in the past, and Rakestraw, by far, eclipses all of them for being rude, selfish, incompetent, and a bit underhanded.

This attorney's biggest problem is lying. She gave her "word" on numerous case settling provisions, then promptly turned around and denied any verbal contract. She is certainly not one to trust. I will be turning this attorney in to the State Bar for numerous other infractions: lying, lack of respect to her client,and unethical practices.
