Was quoted one amount, I made arrangements, get to last payment and the amount has changed, she disageed that she ever gave me the figure, I'm thinking it'll be paid off and now I owe $89 more according to her!! Horrible firm, no integrity and doesnt even obey the law themselves, not worth paying to them. They try to scare u into also, I will be reporting them asap!!!!

Terrible company, Sharon is rude and doesn’t care about your life or what you have going on. Staff are rude too. Paid off my debt and called the police to get a report just in case she turns around and recharges.

No sympathy at all. Coming back deployment from Afghanistan and finding out my license is suspended because of this Evil B$%%. I sent monthly payment to this lawyer and I never had a receipt or any kind of invoice from them. I just pray to god that KARMA will come get them one day.

Never returns phone calls and apparently her assistants don't know how to use the phone either. They'll contact you via mail at the wrong address though and then you won't get the notice to even go to court and she'll charge you interest even though you've requested an updated statement numerous times. Oh and they won't give that information over the phone or even email it to you via pdf. Incompetent and uncaring staff how does she still have the ability to practice law in the commonwealth she's a disgrace to the profession. She's also sassy and very rude when you ask questions too. She is a see you next Tuesday as is her staff who don't know how to stamp envelopes and return them to customers. I hope she enjoys losing her license ASAP... all the reviews here including this one are definitely helping that case! Sharon N. Horrendous not Horner should be the law firm's name maybe rebrand?

Terrible! I missed a couple payments from a car accident almost 7 years ago and she got my license suspended!! I tried to talk to them and now i have to pay $1000 to get my license back and start making payments again! I have a child and in the middle of getting custody of my boyfriends son and she wont work with me on it! Cant wait to pay it off and be done with her for good!!

Mrs. Sharon Horner is not for the U.S troops. I had a car accident back in 2008, have been paying a monthly balance to her for over 7 years, in 2013 I joined the U.S Army Active duty and am deploying soon, I ask her what I need to do bc we have no way of getting a check to her while deployed and they told me my licensewould be ssuspended by the time I returned to stateside. She has absolutelyno respect for our troops. I told her I PCS' D (moved) to fort hood texas and II'mno longer Iin the state of VA. She told me to get family members to drop off the check, I don'thave family I told her. So I am having to pay people just to take her the monthly check. She is an absolute disgrace, has aabsolutely no ethics, and absolutely no way shape or form of support for the troops. AVOID this SNAKE at all Cost. She is a leech and will ruin your life.

Worst lawyer I have ever worked with. Horrible attention to detail, Cost triple what she is actually worth. All around worthless in my book. If i could get my money back i would! DO NOT GET HER AS YOUR LAWYER!!!!
