she used various tactics to bill, and keep billing. not at all happy. Very cruel, mean spirited woman.My ex husband had a terminal disease and she accused him of faking, in court, under her breath but all could hear, it had nothing to do with the case, i felt awful for him. She laughed at her comment...he passed shortly after. who does this?

With a strong background in mediation, Kim is pragmatic and straightforward in handling your case as well as in court. She has good working relationships with the courts and judges, and willing to step up and represent her clients to the best of her abilities. She communicates well, and the drafts prepared for my case needed little reviewing and correction from what was discussed. She maintained her calm and discipline throughout and the beginning of my case, even when I was not. She also was compassionate towards my interests and goals, and is a divorce lawyer that believes in presumptive joint custody, not a "winner-takes-all" system, or one that disenfranchises fathers. She was legally aggressive when she needed to be, and gave me the good, bad, and likely outcomes as my case progressed. I am completely satisfied with her performance as well as the outcome of my case. Worth every penny of her fees, which are reasonable and comparable to other lawyers in the area. Recommended.
