Hired this guy b/c I wanted my tenant out ASAP. He saw me the next day & did all the papers, even allowing me 2 send him a check (online banking) after he started everything. I submitted the papers he asked 4 (demand & holdover notice, etc), & some pics of reasons why i wanted the tenant out. At court he neglected 2 bring the supporting documentation & was rushed b/c he needed 2B somewhere 30min after court started. He was so rushed I dont think he had his head on straight enough 2 guide the judge in the proper direction & I am now stuck w/ this roommate for 2 more weeks til we have a hearing. Now I'm calling Mr.LaBue 2 find out what I need 2 do 4 this hearing & hes not being much help. When I ask how I should prepare supporting documentation, he basically tells me i wont need it, everything will be fine. Well heck, shouldnt he be DOING the supporting documentation? He offered a package deal. A halfway good attorney prob wouldnt have needed 2 go back a 2nd time. Pretty disappointed.
