Wheeler did nothing to build confidence was actively attempting to resolve case. just the opposite.
year two sent a list of questions about proceedings of the lawyer fees what to expect & my concern of the lack of progress Cornelius & Collins response was that they would no longer be my lawyer. Begrudgingly I asked them to continue
During a phone call I questioned the fees the lawyer became agitated and aggressive.
Case eventually settled 3 years In my VERY first communication with Cornelius & Collins expressed my concern that I wouldn't even get reimbursed for my out of pocket cost due to the accident let alone all the cost of loss of time it caused. I was right
