Lazy & incompetent: I used him for many years from my divorce to child support, etc. I knew I should have changed lawyers but after you have used someone for so many years, it is hard to start fresh with a new one. However, that is where I am at fault. John is NOT a fighter and this last child support case was the straw that broke the camels back. He failed to submit the evidence requested by the opposing attorney from the hearing two months prior. He never speaks up when he has a chance so this last time, I had to say something and in doing so, I almost got put in jail for contempt of court. You would be better off hiring a meter maid. He just sits there and takes your money. And don't even try getting a hold of him by phone or email... you would be better off getting a hold of the governor! It is ridiculous! He cost us thousands, not to mention the child support change was denied even though I am retired and making less than half of what I was before. Absolutely pathetic!
