Worst professional experience I have ever had, I was totally robbed of the 2750 .00. She cost me money to my ex for the rest of my life, the rumor is that she retired, we should get together and sue her for our money back

I was not impressed with attny.Rodriquez whatsoever. Not once did she call me personally or answer any legitimate questions and concerns I had about the illegally attacks on me personally from Kent County Delaware Family Court.I was thrown in jail for 40 days over alimony and treated like a criminal. When I was finally let out of jail by extorting cash from me; Mrs. Rodriquez did nothing to represent me whatsoever. She seemed to always be disoriented, unkind, unresponsive, uncaring, and terminally incompetent. I was put on level 4 electronic monitoring probation through a presumption I was going to flee the state of Delaware.I am now being forced to comply with a corrupt court with no representation, as this attorney has been found mentally incompetent by the Supreme Court. I was also lied to about Mrs. Rodriquez status from her law firm associates. In turn no questions or legal direction was given to my case about why probation was being forced on me;full disclosure was never revealed

I used Liz a few years ago for a child support case. She was rude and was only interested in money, not winning my case. I ended up settling for the same thing I started with but $2750 poorer because I had to pay a worthless attorney. I do not recommend her at all!!!!

Early in my divorce...very insensitive, could not keep track of paperwork, would not provide billing of time, hard to contact, very abrasive; let her go and negotiated everything she told me I wouldn't be able to do on my own, waste of money. I question her stability.

Was late to our meeting and her general attitude was that my concerns were no big deal to her. Do not feel I got my money's worth. Very disappointed

Paid for Consultation and $1500 retainer. She was completely unresponsive. She missed 6 conference calls. I never got to speak to her after the initial consultation. Now I am past the date in which to file and she won't return my calls, emails and won't return my money.

Was fine at first, then became abbrasive toward client and very negative. Pulled out right before hearing and tried to keep full retainer for a few hours work Had to threaten to take her in front of Delaware Bar Asso just to get half of it back.

Erratic behavior, inconsistent, vague, doesn't communicate expectations she has of client. Doesn't speak to clients - berrates them! She will charge you and then drop you.
