Mr. Abell might have committed malpractice, according to other attorneys that represented me, when he advised my now deceased parent who wanted to add me as a Co-Executor, that "it would not make any difference" to do so. And to avoid confrontation with the other executor, we took his word. Apparently, his word was WRONG, and it had serious consequences regarding probate and closure of estate. Avoid this law practice!
