I don't feel like he "fought for" my case or cared if he did the best he possibly could. It seemed like he just did the bare minimum to get the case settled rather than trying to get the best outcome for me. He didn't negotiate my medical bills because the Dr. was his friend and he felt that the Dr. did us a favor by saying I may need more surgery. (The Dr. was paid for his statements and he didn't lie or exaggerate. No favor there.) I don't feel like he kept in contact with me regarding the case. Several of my calls took a week or more to be returned. I feel as though he misled me as to how the money would be divided and it took over 2 months for me to receive a check even though I was told it would take 10 days. I would not use this lawyer's services again.
