As the defendant in a civil trial Ms. Wheeler acting as judge placed an order that was totally incorrect. The Plaintiff clearly lied on the stand and in the order she claims that I said things I did not. She also before the proceedings took the plaintiffs attorney back stage to discuss what she said was another matter but very suspicious and unprofessional. I represented myself and was clearly penalized for it. I will appeal and seek justice for such a bias and unprofessional performance.
