Michael Has been practicing employment law for 30 years. He is knows what he is doing. He found an interest in my case as I was being railroaded by my employers attorney without consideration of my time and inability to retain counsel on such short notice. The courts went from an order to show cause which I was denied the opportunity to do violating my 14th amendment rights of due process to a continuance to show cause to a trail date in 28 days. No case scheduling no discovery completely beyond the candor of the courts. Michael stepped forward based parameters outlined and agreed to help when other law firms that claim they care so much all of whom stated you definitely have valid claims there and it would appear you rights were violated but they could not help because of the time parameters. My case would require immediate focused attention that they could provide due to current case loads. Michael saw the injustice very few lawyers actually fight for it. Michael does.

I felt worse than being raped. I strongly believe my civil rights were sold so this man could profit from my pain. I stayed at work longer than was healthy and longer than my doctor suggested at this attorney request all while being promised to follow up in court, but when he convinced me to settle (somthing I did not want) he then did not follow through and I have been left blackballed and having to move out of state to find employment. I have had to leave my home, my family, my support. No amount of money can replace what I have lost and the pain that was made worse. Honesty and integrity matter to me and my civil right and not having my disablity thrown into my face mattered to me. My service dog was denied at work while ten pet dogs were allowed, but this attorney did not think this was worth the fight? My advice is run the other way and find someone who really cares.
