It has been over a year since I worked with him and his office, and I still get upset over the way he and his office treated me as a customer. Terrible. They know what they are doing, but they have terrible customer service. I never heard directly from Manning except for a single time when he called me and tried to bully me into believing that I was the one with the problem, even though it was his assistant/paralegal who was being entirely unhelpful and unprofessional. What a disgrace. Will never, ever use him again.
