I had the pleasure of working with Troy Kessler. I had been searching for an attorney to represent my father's unlawful termination case; many attorneys didn't even return my calls and if they did, they just recommended accepting the settlement the employer was offering at the time. Mr. Kessler's team was prompt in returning my call and very engaged in hearing my father's story. They asked for an in-person meeting, where we had the chance to meet Mr. Kessler. He was very down-to-earth, approachable and empathetic. We just had a great feeling about him. He took the time to explain everything and gave us scenarios of the possibilities. Needless to say, everything he told us from the beginning is how it all happened so we never felt blind-sided or cheated. He always returned our phone calls and emails promptly. He was not one of those lawyers who disappeared behind his associates after signing the contract with us. Very smart & debonair attorney!
