Nancy Gianakos failed to provide proper service for my case. She bullied me into a deal that resulted in me paying two thousand dollars a month for 12 years of spousal support. (I make $53,000 a year.) When one does the math, I was left with NOTHING after taxes. I trusted her to do the right thing and she destroyed me.
A few years later, I consulted with another attorney and he explained to me that the payments Gianakos arranged were beyond outrageous. and should never have happened. I had to pay a second attorney to re-negotiate terms so that I am now just barely able to survive.
Nancy Gianakos is not a good divorce attorney.
